Classic steak and gravy, which we love to serve with warm tortillas and beans.
- 2lb Stew Meat
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Oil
- 1/2 cup minced Onion
- 2 cups Hot Water
- 2 tbsp. Flour
- 4 cloves minced Garlic
- 1 tbsp ground Cumin
- 2 tbsp. Knorr Tomato Bouillon with chicken flavor
- 1 8oz can Tomato Sauce
- Add meat and onion to hot oil in fry pan. Brown the meat and onion.
- Mix flour into water. Add to meat along with the rest of the ingredients
- Bring to a boil.
- Cover tightly, reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with warm tortillas and beans.
