It's hard to beat mashed potatoes with a little garlic bite!
Ingredients
- 2lbs cubed Potatoes
- (6 medium potatoes)
- 1/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 stick Butter
- Salt to Taste
Instructions
- Peel and cube potatoes
- Add water potatoes and garlic to a saucepan and boil until the potatoes are soft
- Drain out the water.
- Mash the heavy cream into potatoes, until they are the consistency you want *
- Salt to taste
*You may add more or less heavy cream depending on the consistency you want
