A balanced garlicky flavor when cooked and sweet when roasted. Used raw it has a medium heat.
Note: Number of bulbs per 1/2 lb varies based on variety and size of bulbs. Generally there are 4-6 bulbs of culinary sized garlic per ½ lb.
